Lady Fell
Lady Fell was the Lady of Bosquealto and head of House Fell during the reigns of Viserys I and Aegon II Targaryen.
Her name became tied to the Dance of the Dragons, the civil war that pitted Aegon II against his half-sister, Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, over the Iron Throne.

When the Dance of the Dragons broke out, Aegon II Targaryen's men seized Lady Fell, Lady of Bosquealto, and locked her in the dungeons of the Red Keep. Her offense, in her captors' eyes, was plain: she had backed Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen's claim to the throne.
She was given two paths. She could take back her word and swear loyalty to Aegon II, or face the King's Justice. Lady Fell chose the second.

Lady Fell was beheaded for refusing to break the oath she had sworn to Rhaenyra. She was not the only lady willing to pay that price, but she was one of those who paid it in full.
Her head, together with those of the other nobles who made the same choice, was mounted on a spike above the city gates.
