Ossifer Plumm was the lord of House Plumm during the reign of Aegon IV Targaryen, an old man of considerable wealth.
His place in Targaryen history comes from the marriage he made, late in life, to Princess Elaena, the king's cousin.

In 176 AC, Lord Ossifer married Princess Elaena Targaryen. He was already an old man, though his wealth made him a good match.
According to the chronicler Ben el Moreno, Ossifer was known throughout the realm for something else entirely: his manhood, famous enough to be talked about everywhere.

A child with two possible fathers

It was said that Ossifer died that same night, while consummating the marriage. Despite this, Princess Elaena became pregnant and gave birth to a son, Viserys.
Court rumor soon pointed to a different father: not Ossifer, but King Aegon IV himself, Elaena's own cousin.
