Randyll Barret holds the title of Captain of the City Watch of King's Landing and serves as Prince Daemon Targaryen's second while the prince commands the gold cloaks.
He is the one who carries out the prince's street discipline.

He sets aside another condemned man, a murderer, without executing him, leaving Daemon himself to decide his fate.
