Dosk
Dosk is a small trading village in the Reach, near Little Dosk, a name it is sometimes confused with.
Its place in the chronicles is modest: less a stage for war than a stop along the road, remembered chiefly for the night two travelers heard a harper sing.

211 ACBooks only
Around 211 AC, the village was visited by two travelers, Duncan and Egg, passing through on their way elsewhere. In Dosk they heard a harper sing The Day They Hanged Black Robin, a ballad about outlaws.
From that night on, young Egg pictured a dashing outlaw lurking behind every bush along the road.
