Sissy
Sissy is a wildling woman who lived as both daughter and wife to Craster at his keep, subject like the rest of his women to his rule.
After the mutiny against the Night's Watch she fell under the control of one of the mutineers, and her actions proved decisive when the black brothers led by Jon Snow stormed the keep.

The keep in the mutineers' hands

After the mutiny against the Night's Watch, Sissy remained at the keep, now under the mutineers' control. Karl took her for himself and beat her frequently.
When the last of Craster's sons was born, Morag warned the mutineers that the newborn had to be given to the gods, and Sissy agreed with her. Karl then ordered Rast to carry the boy into the woods.

Jon SnowA group of black brothers led by Jon Snow stormed the keep. During the assault, Sissy stabbed Karl in the back, stopping him from killing Jon and giving Jon the chance to finish Karl off instead.
