Cockleswhent is a watercourse of the Reach that rises inland and flows into the Mander.
Two seats sit on its banks: Ashford on the northern shore and Harvest Hall on the southern.
Course of the river
The river runs through the interior of the Reach before losing itself in the waters of the Mander, the great channel that crosses the region.
Its course marks the boundary between two settlements: Ashford stands on the northern bank and Harvest Hall on the southern, facing each other along the stream.
