Goldgrass
Goldgrass is the seat of House Stout, a small and modest settlement in the North, close to Barrow Hall.
Its one recorded moment in history comes with the war: a feast forced on it by Ramsay Bolton that strains the place's reserves.
Chapter 1
A settlement by Barrow Hall

Goldgrass lies less than a mile east of Barrow Hall, in the North. A wooden wall encloses it, and a plain surrounds it on every side.
It has an inn, and the sign hanging over its door shows a sheaf of wheat.
Chapter 2
The feast that emptied the larder

Ramsay Bolton spent sixteen days failing to find the missing Freys, and on his return he ordered Lord Harwood Stout to hold a feast at Goldgrass to celebrate it. Stout did not refuse.
His larder must have been nearly empty. The servants grumbled under their breath as Ramsay and his men ate through the stores set aside for winter.
