Lorn Point is a headland on the Frozen Shore, the stretch of land beyond the Wall. Its one claim to a place in history comes from a travel account written by a Night's Watch ranger, evidence that the black brothers knew that coastline long before the Seven Kingdoms existed as such.

Before Aegon Targaryen landed to conquer Westeros, a Night's Watch ranger named Redwyn set out from the Shadow Tower and reached Lorn Point, putting the details of that journey into writing.
That text is all that remains of the place: no battles, no settlements, just the record that someone travelled it and told of it.
