Salt Shore
On this tab
Salt Shore is a region on Dorne's southeastern coast and the seat of House Gargalen. What is known of it comes down to two unrelated episodes: a shipwreck off its coast that belonged to someone else, and the years a future Prince of Dorne spent there in training.
House Gargalen
Salt Shore is the seat of House Gargalen, on Dorne's southeastern coast.
Before ruling as Prince of Dorne, Doran Martell served there as a squire in his youth.

Storm of 133 AC
In 133 AC, a fleet commanded by Alyn Velaryon set course for the Iron Islands. A storm caught it west of Salt Shore and scattered the ships.
Two of them were wrecked as a result.

The position was inferred from the label on the base map rather than from a symbol of its own: it marks the area, not the point.
