Stone Road

el Camino de Piedra

The Stone Road is one of the three caravan routes that cross the Mountains of the Bones.

Guarded by the fortified city of Shamyriana, it is one of the ways trade manages to cross a range that would otherwise block the way.

Chapter 1

A path through ravines

Books only

The route cuts through deep ravines and narrow paths that stretch on without relief, a geography that makes the crossing long and exposed.

At the end of that stretch lie the ruins of Yinishar, the point where the road meets the ancient Silk Road.
