Turrani stands on the southern coast of Leng, facing the Basilisk Isles across the Jade Sea. To the north of the island lie the other two great cities of the place, Leng Ma and Leng Yi.
It was the native people of Leng themselves who built it, and the reputation that follows it is that of a port laden with spices and gems.
