Wickenden is a small city of the Vale of Arryn, set where the Mountains of the Moon slope down toward the Bay of Crabs, and the seat of House Waxley.
Beyond the Vale it is known for one particular trade: its workshops turn out scented candles, and that craft is what has carried its name further afield.

House Waxley holds its seat at Wickenden, a city that has grown at the foot of the Mountains of the Moon and borders the waters of the Bay of Crabs, within the lands of the Vale of Arryn.
Outside those lands it is known chiefly for one craft: its workshops produce scented candles, a trade that has given it something of a name in the region's commerce.
