Paxter Strong
Paxter Strong was a member of House Strong, the family that held Harrenhal, during the civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons.
When Prince Daemon Targaryen occupied the castle in Rhaenyra's name, Paxter was among those who attended him while the region's fate was being decided.
