Tully
Lord Tully was Lord of Riverrun and Lord Paramount of the Trident during the reign of Aerys I Targaryen, having inherited House Tully while still a child. Raised in a household surrounded mostly by women, his youth raised fears that he might fail to act if the old feud between the Brackens and the Blackwoods flared up again along the Trident.

A child at the head of Riverrun
Books only
Lord Tully became head of House Tully shortly after the Great Spring Sickness, while still a child. He ruled the Trident from Riverrun under the reign of Aerys I Targaryen, surrounded mostly by the women of his house.
His young age made some fear he would be unable to act if the feud between the Brackens and the Blackwoods flared up again. That fear had grounds: tension between the two houses resurfaced when the Bracken known as the Beast of Bracken became Lord of Stone Hedge.
Chapter 2
