House Forrester

HistoryBooks and show
On this tab

House Forrester is a noble house of the North, sworn to House Glover, settled at the edge of the Wolfswood.

Its place in the story comes down to a single known episode: the one where it guides an army crossing that forest on the way to Winterfell.

Guides for Stannis

Lady Sybelle Locke puts House Forrester guides at Stannis Baratheon's disposal so his host can cross the Wolfswood. The march runs from Deepwood Motte to Winterfell, and it is these guides who know the ground between the two.

Nothing else is told of the house: not who leads it, nor what becomes of its men once the march is over.
