Lhazosh is a city of Lhazar, the region of Essos known for the herders called the Lamb Men. It sits at the southern edge of that land, where the Lhazareen steppe begins to give way to mountains and desert.

The city stands at the southern edge of Lhazar, hemmed in by a mountain range to the east and bordered by the Red Waste to the west. Hesh lies to the northeast and Kosrak to the northwest, with the Skahazadhan running further north.
