Ar Noy
Ar Noy is a ruined city in Essos, once one of the great cities of the Rhoynar people, known for its halls of green marble.
Only its remains survive today, on the banks of the Qhoyne river, linked to Qohor by an old Valyrian road.

A city by the Qhoyne

The remains of Ar Noy stand on the bank of the Qhoyne river, northwest of Qohor and northeast of the Lake of Dreams.
A Valyrian road connects what is left of the city to Qohor, the only road that still reaches its ruins.
Chapter 2
The city of green marble

Ar Noy was once one of the great cities of the Rhoynar people, remembered for the halls of green marble that ran through its buildings.
It is believed to have been destroyed during the Rhoynar Wars, the conflict that ended that people's power on the continent.
