Shipbreaker Bay

Shipbreaker Bay is a long bay on the eastern coast of Westeros, overlooked by Storm's End. Its name is bound up with the tragedy that left the three Baratheon children orphaned.

Chapter 1

Lord Steffon's shipwreck

Off the walls of Storm's End, the ship carrying Lord Steffon Baratheon and his wife, Lady Cassana Estermont, home went down in the bay. Both died, leaving Robert, Stannis, and Renly without parents.

Chapter 2

The lost cogs

When Stannis Baratheon's fleet set sail, two of its cogs wrecked on the bay's rocks that very day.
