Starfish Harbor is a port town on the Narrow Strait, within the Rills. Its place in the story comes from what happened when the ironborn reached that coast and took it for themselves.

A harbor for the ironborn

After the fall of the Shield Islands, the ironborn pushed on along the coast of the Narrow Strait and took Starfish Harbor as well.
From then on they used it as one of their bases in the region, a foothold to hold their presence in the conquered area.
