Strongsong is the castle that serves as the seat of House Belmore, one of the noble houses of the Vale of Arryn.
It stands northwest of the Eyrie, in a landscape of mountains and lakes where the watercourses that later reach the Narrow Sea have their source.

The castle of Strongsong is the ancestral home of House Belmore, standing in the Vale of Arryn, to the northwest of the Eyrie.
Two lakes and several mountain ranges surround it, and it rises just where two rivers meet before flowing together toward the Narrow Sea. Following that course eastward leads to Hearth.
