The Three Exiles are a small cluster of islands at the westernmost edge of the Summer Isles, the outermost point of the archipelago before the Summer Sea opens further west.
They are not known as a port of call or a place people pass through; they appear mostly as a marker of position, the edge where the reach of the Summer Isles ends.

The edge of the archipelago

The Three Exiles belong to the Summer Isles, but they sit apart from the bulk of the archipelago, being the westernmost islands of the group, already facing the open Summer Sea.
Their location is described more by what surrounds them than by anything of their own: they lie west of Moluu and the Isle of Love, and south of the Basilisk Isles' Sisters — more precisely, south of the Ring Islands known as the Rocas Cantarinas. That cross-reference is essentially all that is known of them.
