Arthor Celtigar
Arthor Celtigar was a young member of House Celtigar, kin to Bartimos Celtigar, Master of Coin to Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen. He lived in King's Landing during the Dance of the Dragons, the civil war that split the Targaryens over the Iron Throne.

Rhaenyra TargaryenIn 130 AC, when King's Landing erupted into riots, Arthor was staying at the home of his kinsman Bartimos Celtigar, who served as Rhaenyra Targaryen's Master of Coin. Fifteen years old, he took his stand at the front door, sword in hand, holding back the mob gathered outside.
The defense did not last: a servant in the household opened a back door and let the rioters in. Arthor died that same day, run through the back with a spear.
