The Bastard of Blackhaven was a bastard son of House Dondarrion who fought for the Storm during the War of Conquest.
His name is remembered for how he ended: caught in dragonfire from Meraxes alongside the king he served.

When Argilac Durrandon gathered his forces to meet the Targaryen advance, the Bastard of Blackhaven led the royal vanguard alongside Dickon Morrigen.
The battle turned when Rhaenys Targaryen arrived riding Meraxes. The dragon's fire caught both commanders, and the Bastard of Blackhaven died there, in what would become known as the Last Storm.
