Arlan Dondarrion
On this tab
Ser Arlan Dondarrion is a knight of House Dondarrion, though nothing places him on the family's tree or ties him to Lord Beric Dondarrion.
He is remembered for a single act: he knighted Criston Cole, son of the steward of Blackhaven, after a clash with the Dornish on the Boneway.
Knighting of Criston Cole
Arlan serves House Dondarrion, lords of Blackhaven on the Dornish Boneway, though the sources never say whether he shares blood with Lord Beric Dondarrion, or how close.
His story is tied to a round of skirmishing with the Dornish, in which his side storms two watchtowers along the Boneway. Among the men in that assault is a boy, son of Blackhaven's steward: Criston Cole. When the fighting is over, Arlan knights him.
