Confinement in the Water Gardens
After her father's death, Prince Doran Martell had Ellaria and her daughters confined to the Water Gardens. The order was meant to keep them apart from the conspiracies the older Sand Snakes had been plotting since their arrest, and to keep the younger ones out of it.
Settled in the Water Gardens, Obella and her sister Elia became known as the terror of the palace's pools.
