The journey of Nettles
Between 113 AC and 135 AC: 7 stops across 7 different places. The itinerary follows the book, “Fire & Blood”.
4 of the 7 stops are anchored to a dated event in the catalogue; the others rest on the source alone, and each one says how certain it is. Nettles has no entry in the atlas yet.
The itinerary

The event's entry lists the four riders the show shows; Nettles is not in the show, and her taming is recorded in her article.
The Gullet130 AC
Fights on Sheepstealer against the Triarchy fleet

Event: Battle of the Gullet
Same reason: the event's entry follows the television cast, which replaces her with Rhaena Targaryen.

Sheepstealer lands on Visenya's Hill

Same reason as the two before.

What the source does not fix
- Mountains of the Moon (from): Between 130 and 135 there is no record of where she was: it is the gap the chronicles leave open on purpose.
- Mountains of the Moon (until): Last dated sighting. What comes after are tales from the mountain clans about a «fire witch», which the wiki itself marks as legend.
A note on canon
BOOK ONLY. The show has no Nettles: it merges her arc into Rhaena Targaryen's (docs/canon.md §4.1), so a television route for her would be an invention. She is not in data/personas.json either.
