Sea Dragon Point

Sea Dragon Point is the westernmost tip of northern Westeros, a windswept cape jutting into the Bay of Ice. Few people live there, and beneath its hills and bogs lie the ruins of strongholds raised long before the Seven Kingdoms existed.
Its name comes from the sea beasts said to have once swum its waters, and its history has been one of contested land: first between the First Men and the Starks, later between the Starks and the ironborn, who have seized it more than once across the centuries. During the War of the Five Kings it was fought over once again, as islanders and northmen both laid claim to it.
Chapter 1
The bogs at the edge of the map

The point juts like a wedge into the Bay of Ice, at the northern edge of Westeros. It is a hard land to live on: bogs that yield no crops, hills where weirwoods grow, and few people willing to stay. Of its oldest days only ruins remain, the strongholds the First Men once raised there.
The coastline hides a hundred coves that no one bothers with, and its waters and woods are rich with otters, salmon, clams, seals and pine forests. The point is said to take its name from the sea dragons that once swam its waters in ancient times, though no one can say for certain whether they truly existed.
Chapter 2
The land the Kings of Winter won

At some point after the Long Night, the Kings of Winter wrested Sea Dragon Point from the Skinchanger King and his allies, the children of the forest, folding the peninsula into Stark lands.
That hold was never settled. Over the centuries, ironborn raiders have landed and conquered the point more than once, wresting it back from the northmen.

The offer Asha could not make good

Euron GreyjoyWhen Asha Greyjoy stands before the kingsmoot on the Iron Islands, she offers her people an alternative to war: make peace with the North and settle for what they already hold on the mainland, the Stony Shore and Sea Dragon Point, rather than keep fighting for more.
The islanders do not listen. They choose to crown Euron Greyjoy instead, and Asha's proposal comes to nothing.
Chapter 4
The kingdom Stannis took from her

The plan never comes together: Stannis Baratheon defeats her before she can dig in on the peninsula.
