Raymund Connington
Raymund Connington is a nephew of Jon Connington, the disgraced and exiled former Hand of the King, and the younger brother of Ronnet Connington, lord of Griffin's Roost.
Almost nothing else is known of him beyond a single episode: the fall of the family stronghold to Jon himself, who returns to Westeros at the head of an army and comes face to face with the kin he left behind.
Chapter 1
Prisoner of his uncle
Books only
When Griffin's Roost falls to Jon Connington's army, Raymund is among the prisoners taken. He is one of the young Connington captives seized that day, along with other kin of the house.
That same night Jon holds a feast to mark the victory and sends for Raymund and the other young Connington wards, hoping to get to know his own blood. The evening ends early: a bastard nephew, Ronald Storm, warns Jon that his father will kill him, and Jon orders all the children, Raymund among them, sent back to their quarters.
