Aemon Blackfyre was born into a house built on rebellion: son of Daemon Blackfyre, the knight who claimed the Iron Throne behind a black sword banner, and of Rohanne of Tyrosh. He shared a cradle with a twin brother, Aegon, and grew up serving his father as a squire, in the shadow of a war that carried his whole family's name.
Early Life
He was the second son born to Daemon Blackfyre and Rohanne of Tyrosh, arriving alongside an older twin brother, Aegon. He grew up as his own father's squire, learning the trade of arms beside the man whose claim to the throne shaped his family's place in the world.

Death
Aemon fought beside his father at the Redgrass Field, the battle that settled the fate of the rebellion carrying his house's name. Shortly before falling, Daemon passed him the family sword with hands already wounded past saving.
Aemon carried it only a moment: Lord Bloodraven's arrows found him in that same battle, and he died there at twelve years old.
