Haegon Blackfyre was the fourth son of Daemon Blackfyre and Rohanne of Tyrosh, and he inherited the Blackfyre claim to the Iron Throne from his brother Daemon II.
Raised in exile in Tyrosh, he was crowned by his uncle Bittersteel to lead a new invasion of the Seven Kingdoms against the Targaryens.

Haegon was the fourth son of Daemon Blackfyre and Rohanne of Tyrosh, and thus brother to Daemon II Blackfyre.
After the defeat at the battle of the Redgrass Field and the collapse of his house's first rebellion, he was taken out of Westeros by his uncle Bittersteel and brought to Tyrosh. There he grew up as heir to Daemon II's claim to the Iron Throne.
Chapter 2
The Third Blackfyre Rebellion

In 219 AC, toward the final years of Aerys I Targaryen's reign —a king little involved in governing, while his brother Maekar and Maekar's sons were— Bittersteel crowned Haegon king of the Seven Kingdoms and launched a new invasion.
During the battle, Haegon surrendered and gave up his sword, and was killed dishonorably even so. His son Daemon would be crowned years later to carry on the same claim.
