Dale Seaworth
Dale Seaworth was the eldest son of Davos Seaworth, the Onion Knight, and captain of his own ship, the Spectre, within Stannis Baratheon's fleet.
His name enters the story through the part he played carrying his lord's word along the coast, when Stannis claimed the throne by declaring Cersei Lannister's children bastards.

Davos's firstborn

Dale was the eldest of Davos and Marya Seaworth's sons, and captained the Spectre. Like his father and brothers, he served Stannis Baratheon's cause.
He was married, and together with his wife he prayed to the gods for a child.
He had a square face, brown eyes with a frank gaze, and thin, unruly brown hair, the same his brother Devan wore.
Chapter 2
The proclamation of bastardy

Dale stood with his father and brothers at Rocadragón when Melisandre set the castle's sept ablaze.
Stannis then sent him along the coast: past el cabo de la Ira and el Brazo Roto, along the shore of Dorne, all the way to el Rejo, spreading the proclamation that declared Queen Cersei Lannister's children bastards.
Chapter 3
The battle of Blackwater

Dale fought in the battle of el Aguasnegras commanding his own ship. The Spectre was destroyed and sank during the fighting.
Dale vanished in the battle, and is presumed dead.
