Rollam Westerling is the second son of Lord Gawen Westerling and Lady Sybell Spicer, rulers of the Crag. When his sister Jeyne marries King Robb Stark, the boy joins the royal household as the king's own page.
Robb Stark's Squire
When his sister Jeyne marries Robb Stark, Rollam joins the young king's household and takes over as squire from Olyvar Frey. He is only ten years old.
When Robb rides for the Twins to attend Edmure Tully's wedding, Rollam stays behind, remaining at Riverrun with his mother and sisters.

His brother Raynald is presumed dead in the slaughter of the Red Wedding, and with that news Rollam becomes heir to the Crag.
