House Ryger of Willow Wood is a minor house of the Riverlands, sworn to House Baelish of Harrenhal from its seat at Willow Wood. Its arms, a rooted green willow on a silver field, are remembered in the region for an act of defiance: during Robert's Rebellion they broke with their liege lord, Hoster Tully, rather than abandon their loyalty to House Targaryen.

During Robert's Rebellion, House Ryger broke the oath of fealty that bound it to Lord Hoster Tully of Riverrun, and stood by House Targaryen while the rest of the Riverlands joined the rebel cause.

By then House Ryger had renewed its loyalty to the Iron Throne, yet its banner was not among those encamped around Riverrun during the siege meant to subdue the rebellious Tullys.
