Joselyn Redwyne
Joselyn Redwyne is a lady of House Redwyne who moves in the circles close to King Viserys I Targaryen and Queen Alicent Hightower. She is no mere ornament of the court: when the realm's course is debated, she speaks her mind, and not always in agreement with those who decide it.

Corlys VelaryonJoselyn attends the celebration of Prince Aegon's second name day, among the lords and courtiers surrounding King Viserys I and Queen Alicent. Before the party rides out to hunt in the Kingswood, she stops to talk with the queen and other highborn women about what is unfolding in the Stepstones.
In that conversation she questions the judgement of Prince Daemon and Lord Corlys Velaryon in pressing the attack on the Stepstones, and ends up arguing the point with Princess Rhaenyra, who does not share her misgivings.
