House Towers of Harrenhal was a lordly house of the Riverlands that briefly ruled the castle of Harrenhal after the fall of House Harroway.
Its founder won the lordship in a contest among twenty-three knights, but the family line died out barely two generations later.

The strongest knight

After King Maegor I Targaryen destroyed House Harroway, it was decided that Harrenhal itself — though not the lands that had belonged to the castle — would go to whichever knight prevailed in combat.
Of the twenty-three knights who fought at Lord Harroway's Town, Ser Walton Towers emerged victorious, and House Towers of Harrenhal was born.
Chapter 2
A line without heirs

The house did not hold the castle for long: two generations after its founding, Lord Maegor Towers died without heirs and the line came to an end.
Whether this house was in any way related to the northern House Towers remains unknown.
