Minisa Tully

Minisa was born into House Whent, lords of Harrenhal, who at the time of her marriage were the most powerful bannermen within Tully lands. Her marriage to Hoster Tully, Lord of Riverrun, joined the two houses and made her Lady of Riverrun.

She was remembered as a woman with soft hands and a warm smile. Her brother-in-law, Brynden Tully, said her daughter Catelyn's face closely resembled her own.

Minisa gave birth several times, but of all her children only three, Catelyn, Lysa, and Edmure, survived to adulthood. She died in childbed at Riverrun bringing a fourth child into the world, who died shortly after she did.

Catelyn would remember that with her mother's death, something of life went out of her father.
