House Wayn is a noble house of the Riverlands, sworn to House Baelish of Harrenhal.

Its name is bound to the Faith Militant's uprising against the Iron Throne, one of the bloodiest episodes of the early Targaryen reign.

The dowager queen's fire

The Wayns sided with the Faith Militant when it rose in arms against the Iron Throne. As vassals of Harrenhal, their fortunes were bound to a war they did not win.

The punishment came from the sky. Visenya Targaryen, the king's widow and rider of Vhagar, burned the Wayn seat along with those of other rebel houses across the Riverlands.
