Lucinda Broome
Lucinda Broome was the wife of Prentys Tully, lord of Riverrun, in the days of Maegor I and Jaehaerys I Targaryen. She was remembered for her devotion to the Faith of the Seven.
Before that, she had served as a lady-in-waiting to Queen Alysanne Targaryen in the early years of her marriage, part of the circle that would come to be known as the Wise Women.
Chapter 1
The lord who abandoned Maegor

Prentys Tully, lord of Riverrun, was among the first great lords to turn his back on King Maegor I Targaryen. After Maegor's death, he joined Jaehaerys I's council as Councillor of Edicts.
From that post he urged the young king to marry into House Broome, proposing Lucinda's younger sister Ella. The match that followed was with the other sister instead, Alysanne Targaryen.

The Wise Women of Dragonstone

In the early years of the royal marriage, while Queen Alysanne lived at Dragonstone, Lucinda and her sister were among the ladies attending her.
That circle would later become known as the Wise Women.
Chapter 3
The tournament and the chills

In 58 AC, Lady Tully and her husband traveled to King's Landing for a tournament marking the tenth anniversary of the king's coronation.
The following year, both fell ill with the chills and died at Riverrun, a single day apart.
