Elaena Targaryen was one of Aenar Targaryen's wives and the mother of at least one of his daughters, Daenys, the girl who dreamed of Valyria's ruin before it came. The novels never name her; it is House of the Dragon that gives her one, in a history document glimpsed briefly on screen.
Through that daughter, much of the House Targaryen that later ruled in Westeros descends from her as well.

Elaena was one of Aenar Targaryen's wives and the mother of at least one of his daughters, Daenys, the girl whose dream warned the Targaryens of the Doom twelve years before it fell on Valyria.
Through that daughter and her marriage to her own brother, Gaemon, much of the Targaryen line that came to rule in Westeros descends from her too.
