House Erenford is a minor house of knights from the Riverlands, sworn to the Freys of the Twins.

Little is known of them beyond their coat of arms and their presence among the troops that marched with a Lannister commander during a campaign in the region.

Siege of Riverrun

When Ser Daven Lannister took command of the host gathered before Riverrun, the golden heron of House Erenford flew among the banners massed at his side.

Their place in those ranks reflects the house's bond with the Freys: as vassals of the lords of the Twins, they answered the call and lent their modest name to one of the longest campaigns fought in the Riverlands.
