Freya Frey
Freya Frey is one of Lord Walder Frey's many granddaughters, lord of the Twins. Her name entered the kingdom's politics when the pact between Catelyn Tully and her grandfather placed her among the Frey women Robb Stark could marry.
She is a character exclusive to the television series: no one by that name exists in the A Song of Ice and Fire novels.

Walder FreyWhen Lady Catelyn Tully negotiated with Lord Walder Frey for the King in the North's army to cross the Twins, the price included a marriage: Robb Stark would wed one of Walder's daughters or granddaughters, and Freya was among the candidates.
Robb did not keep his end of the bargain: he took another woman as his wife. When he returned to the Twins for his uncle Edmure Tully's wedding to one of Walder's daughters, he apologized to the Frey women, Freya among them, for having broken his promise to her grandfather.
