Elmar Frey
Elmar Frey is one of the many children of Lord Walder Frey, lord of the Twins, born to his seventh wife, Annara Farring.
His brief betrothal to Arya Stark, arranged to secure House Tully's crossing of the Green Fork, takes him as squire to Lord Roose Bolton all the way to Harrenhal, where his story crosses unknowingly with that of his vanished betrothed.

Elmar Frey is born in 290, the third child Lord Walder Frey has with his seventh wife, Annara Farring, and reportedly the twenty-second among all the children of the lord of the Twins.
His brother Merrett Frey recounts a rumor that Annara had been the lover of Walder Frey the Black, casting doubt on who his real father was.
