Waltyr Frey
Waltyr Frey, called Tyr within his family, is one of the many children of Lord Walder Frey, master of the Twins.
Born to his father's seventh wife, Annara Farring, he is still a boy when his older cousins argue over who will inherit the Frey lordship.

By the family's own count he is the twenty-first son of the lord of the Twins, and the third Lady Annara has given him. At eleven years old, the nickname Tyr is one of the few things that sets him apart among so many brothers.

Merrett Frey relates that Lady Annara was rumored to be the mistress of Walder Frey the Black, casting doubt on who truly fathered her children.
Waltyr, born of that marriage, is caught up in the suspicion, and nothing further is said to settle it.
