Neyela Frey
Neyela Frey is one of the many granddaughters of Lord Walder Frey, lord of the Twins. She was among the women of his house whom Robb Stark, King in the North, could take as a wife under the pact that let his army cross the bridge at the Twins.

Walder FreyThe agreement between Lady Catelyn Tully and Lord Walder Frey gave Robb Stark the option of marrying one of his daughters or granddaughters. Neyela was among those candidates.
Robb arrives at the Twins for his uncle Edmure Tully's wedding and speaks to the women of House Frey to apologise: he has broken that promise by marrying someone else. Neyela is among those who receive the apology.
