Stonetree
Stonetree was the first wife of Quellon Greyjoy, Lord Paramount of the Iron Islands, and the mother of his first three sons.
Her place in the record rests on an unusual misfortune even by ironborn standards: none of those three boys lived to reach adulthood.

Three sons, no heir

With Quellon Greyjoy, Stonetree had Harlon, Quenton, and Donel, each in turn expected to inherit Pyke and rule over the Iron Islands.
None of them was spared: Quenton and Donel died while still small children, and Harlon, the eldest of the three, later succumbed to greyscale.
Little else survives about the rest of Stonetree's life; her part in the Greyjoy story ends with the deaths of these three sons.
