Arwood Frey
Ser Arwood Frey is a knight of House Frey, the only son of Ser Hosteen Frey and Bellena Hawick. He is married to Ryella Royce, with whom he has four children.
He is chiefly remembered for riding to Saltpans to investigate the attack that left the town in ruins, and for being among the Freys lodged at Darry following his cousin Ami's wedding.

The knight of the Twins

Arwood is the only son of Ser Hosteen Frey and Bellena Hawick, placing him within the branch of the Twins that carries the title of Ser.
He marries Ryella Royce, with whom he has four children: Ryella, Androw, Alyn, and Hostella.
Chapter 2
The raid on Saltpans
Books only
When news of the raid reaches the Twins, Arwood rides to Saltpans together with Ser Donnel Haigh and Ser Harys Haigh, leading a small party sent to find out what happened.
They find the Knight of Saltpans holed up behind his walls, and the town itself burned to ashes.

Lodged at Darry
Books only
After his cousin Ami's wedding, Arwood is among the Freys who remain lodged at Darry, part of the group the family settles there following the marriage.
