Casa Byrch
House Byrch is a minor noble house of the Crownlands, sworn to House Baratheon of King's Landing. Its name survives in the chronicles for the loyalty one of its lords showed a Targaryen king at a time when such support was scarce.

Lord Byrch led his house at a time when Maegor I Targaryen's throne rested on fewer and fewer supporters. As other lords withdrew their loyalty, Byrch was among the few who stayed at his side until the end of the reign.
