Bryte Baratheon

Bryte Baratheon is one of fifteen children the television continuity assigns to William Baratheon and Martyna Mullendore, part of a family so large that little room is left for anything beyond his name.

His presence in the world of Westeros amounts to a lineage document tied to the show, with no counterpart anywhere in the novels.

Chapter 1

A name in the Umber lineage

Show only

Bryte was one of fifteen children William Baratheon had with Martyna Mullendore, according to the genealogy the show uses for this branch of the family.

His trace shows up in a compendium called Lineages and Histories of the Great Houses of the Seven Kingdoms, where, oddly, his name and his family's are listed under the section devoted to House Umber rather than their own.

No character by this name exists in the A Song of Ice and Fire novels; he exists solely because of that television material.
