Luceon Frey
Luceon Frey is a septon of the Great Sept of Baelor and one of the Most Devout, the body that governs the faith of the Seven when there is no High Septon.
He is Lord Walder Frey's fifth son, and the second he had with his second wife, Cyrenna Swann.

The election he lost

Luceon works to secure the office of High Septon. According to Qyburn, he invites thirty of the Most Devout to dinner in the hope of winning their votes.
A scandal that has nothing to do with him does the work for him: the sparrows follow Septon Ollidor to a brothel and drag him out naked into the street. With his rival ruined, Luceon becomes the candidate with the most support among the Devout.
He is on the verge of being chosen when the sparrows themselves storm the election, axes in hand and their leader borne on their shoulders. The Most Devout, forced to act, name the sparrows' leader High Septon instead.
