Baelor Hightower
Ser Baelor Hightower, known as Baelor Brightsmile, is the heir to Oldtown and the eldest son of Lord Leyton Hightower. A good-looking man, he also carries a second, far less flattering nickname, Baelor Breakwind, which says more about one particular incident than about his character.
As the firstborn of one of the Reach's great houses, his role in the years after the war centers on Oldtown's shipyards, where vessels are being built in response to the ironborn attack on el Rejo.
Chapter 1
The Nickname Oberyn Gave Him
Books only
Princes Oberyn and Elia of Dorne passed through Oldtown on their way to Casterly Rock, where their mother was to negotiate their marriages to the Lannister twins. Among the suitors offered to Elia, Baelor was more to her liking than most.
That changed, or at least got complicated, when Baelor broke wind in front of Oberyn. The Dornish prince didn't let the moment pass and dubbed him Baelor Breakwind. From that day on, Elia could never look at him again without holding back laughter.
Chapter 2

When the ironborn attacked el Rejo, Ser Baelor turned his efforts to building ships in Oldtown, part of the preparations to reclaim those lands.
He is also described as a good-looking man.
